These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the website https://www.sanjtechsolutions.in/ and the software and services provided by SanjTech Solutions, including SanjDesk, SanjTrade, SanjSite, custom ERP, Tally customisation, web development, and WhatsApp Business API integrations.

2. Acceptance

By accessing our website or using our software, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.

3. Our products and services

SanjDesk — customer operations software that uses the WhatsApp Business API for support, sales follow-ups, and opted-in notifications
SanjTrade — retail billing, inventory, and Tally-connected sales software, including WhatsApp invoices and order updates
SanjSite — construction site, material, and expense tracking, including WhatsApp project updates
Custom software, ERP, Tally TDL, websites, automation, hosting, and related professional services

4. WhatsApp messaging rules

If you use SanjDesk, SanjTrade, or SanjSite to send WhatsApp messages, you must:

Collect valid customer opt-in before sending template or promotional messages
Send only lawful, accurate, and consented communications
Honour opt-out / stop requests promptly
Comply with Meta WhatsApp Business and Commerce policies

You are responsible for the content of messages sent from your account. SanjTech Solutions may suspend access if messaging is used for spam, abuse, or policy violations.

5. Client responsibilities

You must provide accurate business information, keep login credentials secure, and use the software only for lawful business purposes. You remain responsible for data you upload and for obtaining any consents required from your customers.

6. Fees and projects

Custom development, licences, and support are provided as agreed in a quotation, invoice, or statement of work. Fees are due as specified therein. Work may be paused if invoices remain unpaid.

7. Intellectual property

SanjTech Solutions retains ownership of its pre-built products (including SanjDesk, SanjTrade, and SanjSite), trademarks, and reusable frameworks. Custom work delivered under a paid project is handled as stated in that project agreement. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense our products without written permission.

8. Availability and support

We aim to keep software and hosting available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party platforms (including WhatsApp / Meta, Tally, and hosting providers) may affect availability beyond our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, SanjTech Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or data, arising from use of the website or software. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected service in the three months before the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may stop a service as provided in the applicable agreement. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for non-payment, abuse, or legal risk.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Nashik, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published at https://www.sanjtechsolutions.in/terms-of-service.html.
